Segment 2 Wrap-Up
We are wrapping up Segment 2 of the Sew Let's Quilt Along. I am making fun projects with my blocks instead of saving them up for a big quilt so in this post I am sharing my project for Segment 2. Maybe you will be inspired to make something similar. Be sure to post your Blocks 6-9 to be eligible for the Segment 2 prize. The prize details are below.
Door Hanging
The I Love to Quilt Block inspired me to make a door hanging for my sewing room. It just called out to be the title at the top of something fun! So for this segment all of my blocks are incorporated into the same project.
I'm cheating a bit because this project is not finished. I plan to add two more blocks from Segment 3 to make the door hanging bigger. So far I really like how the three "tools of the trade" play together under the the I Love to Quilt title block. I will show you the completed project with the Segment 3 wrap-up.
You might remember that on the Binding Clips block I made the clips on the edge backwards. I ripped them out and resewed them before putting them in the door hanging. All better now!

Prize Drawing
To be eligible to win the Segment 2 prize package, you need to make all four blocks from the segment. Then share a photo (or photos) of your blocks in a single post to be entered in the drawing. Post your blocks for for the Segment 2 prize drawing before midnight on July 15.
How to Enter the Prize Drawings
There are three places you can share your blocks to be entered in the random prize drawings. Each participant will only be entered once in each drawing, even if you post in multiple places.
